2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Egr delete 3.0 tdv6

Hi, I have a rrs 2011-2012 3.0 tdv6 245hp.
I want to blank of the egr system. On these models, is it enough to enter the software and disable the system? Or do I need blanking plates also? Is there anything else needed to do then disabling the system? Regards Benjamin

If you blank off the EGR isn't that an MOT failure? Current car - 2016 MY17 L494 in black - sometimes towing a Buccaneer Cruiser.
Sadly gone - 2013 L320 3.0 TD in grey! sometimes towing a Buccaneer Cruiser.
