Time to replace the stereo but completely confused

Can anyone help please. Its time to upgrade my 2005 rrs. I've read and read the forums but so confused. I'm not in any way technical. What can I do. The radio and cd are broken. I need a unit that let's me connect my phone for music etc. I don't think my Sat navigation works but would like to keep my screen. Or replace the whole thing with a tesla type stereo. As seen on amazon. I know its going to be expensive, shall I ring round stereo places?

If you're "Not in any way technical" i think you have little choice but to visit a Stereo installation centre near you and see what can be done.

I'm sure there will be knowledgeable people on here who can advise on whether the advice they provide is good/bad etc.
