help!! stuck in low range.

hi,
I wonder if anybody got any ideas on my faults, I'm stuck in low range I think low /high switch blinking green car on dash flashing car seems slow to change gear.
car stuck in access mode states car lowered for safety but no code showing
battery less than a year old, I've changed the brake light switch cleaned the tccm, and was no signs of corrosion
but getting fault codes from my iid tool of

tccm p0560-00 system voltage
abs u0403-68
bcm c111a -15
b1247-15
b1248-15
ccm u0415-81
if anyone has any ideas it would be very much appreciated

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

What voltage is the battery showing? A new battery can still be low on charge for various reasons. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

hi, it's been showing 12.5 to 12.60 v and 13.8 to 14.2 while at idle battery been kept topped up with ctek charger.
