Smoke around engine after Inlet Manifolds change

Hi, I recently changed both my inlet manifolds on my 2011 RRS 3.0tdv6, Restricted performance errors popping up on dash and a smoke test at my local mechanic confirmed they were cracked.

After changing them and taking the car for a spin it ran great, pulled well and no error codes for the past 3 weeks of driving.

I've noticed today after looking under the bonnet that there was smoke coming from under the engine cover so i took it off and i think i pinpointed it coming from the passenger side of the engine at the very back. its hard to say if its coming from the manifold itself or somewhere else but its around the back of the manifold.

Ive noticed that the smoke stops when i take the oil cap off, and reappears after putting the cap back on.

Its also very close to the back fuel pipe on the injector rail (the one that's on the end of the rail)

Question is, if the manifold gasket for example wasn't quite sat right and was leaking, wouldn't that throw the code up under little load? as its smoking at idle.

Or can injector rails smoke? Confused Its also close to the back injector where it seats. Could it be one of the seals on injector? no smoke coming from exhaust that i noticed tho.

I really don't want to be spending another 10 hours taking this manifold off and checking a seal which i am sure is sat perfect and all bolts done tight.

Thanks!!
