RRS front brake upgrade

Hi All, so I have a 2012 3.0 and my front discs are wearing abit so i am looking to see what upgrades are available.

I think they are the 360mm and seem to lack bite so do I go for uprated discs and pads or whats involved in a Brembo upgrade?
