275/55R20 spare tyre location

So as the title says, where do those who run oversized 275/55R20s put their spare tyre?

I've squeezed mine in the original location, however have had to remove the heat shield and deflate it...

Has anyone got other creative solutions?

And following on from storing it in the original position, what the risks with it being deflated? Obviously, it's being pushed out of round. So if needed and reinflated I presume it'll be flat spotted. Is that going to cause a problem on a recovery drive of up to say 50 miles if the speed is kept below 50mph?

Thanks 👍🏼[/i] 2006 RRS S/C CONSTANTLY under modification...

Hi
You don't run any risk to deflate your spare wheel but you surely want to have a little compressor before using it, at any speed !

I'm with georgien. Can't see that storing it decompressed will hurt. After all that's how they're stored in the tyre shop. But it goes without saying that you'd need to re-compress it before using it Thumbs Up Robin

Slightly off topic but did you have to modify anything to run 275/55r20 and what alloys do you run?
