2011 RR Sport Air Intake Manifold Replacement

Quite a weekend.

After 8 trouble free months of very enjoyable motoring mine decides to bite me in the butt with -
1) Loss of all parking sensors
2) Failure of drivers door actuator
3) Cracks in BOTH air intake manifolds (with resultant RP warning)

My local LR Dealership want approx £2500- (including oil & filter change) to replace the two manifolds, so I have decided to have a go myself. Had to smile upon unpacking the two new manifolds to read FoMoCo cast into the plastic. Not seen that since running my first ever car, a Ford Anglia 105E Saloon, ala Harry Potter.

Can anyone help me with the torque settings for the diesel injectors (Dealership say 9nm) and the new manifold bolts
(Dealership "thought" around 22nm) but that second figure seems high to me.
Any help with these settings appreciated.

Still love it though.

Many Thanks
Paul
