Does anybody know how to make the dials go blue like this or do you thinks it from the camera flash virtual dash

There are outfits who can customise the colours,,, came across a few when looking for dash repairs. Search Google and you will find a few options,,,, can't for the life of me remember the name of the sites but do remember seeing customers dashes with the likes of different coloured needles on the clocks and varying colours on the speedo etc. It would be a case of taking the dash out and sending it off to be done. 2010 RRS, TDV8
