Welcome newbies and lovely to see some older models there. Enjoy the cars for what they are and you'll find this forum a great resource. Barrie.

Portsmouth? My old stomping ground once upon a time. My family live in PO16 area and my son has a 2012 Overfinch. Drop me a PM when you're familiar with the forum and I'll happily give you some tips and advice on where to go (and not go) for any work you may need doing - based on our personal experiences. Barrie. 2017-Jan 2024: 2005 RRS 2.7TDV6. Best car I ever had - until now! Current: 2018 Ford Ranger Wildtrak 3.2 |

Evening All, apologies for slightly highjacking the post but as a new RRS owner living just outside Portsmouth (PO14) I would be interested in recommendations for decent garages etc. Thanks, Andy |

Another in the same area, I use AC Land Rover in Horndean for my servicing, the owner is ex-LR tech. Always interested in who else is around the area worth using. For MOT I use Elkins Motors, who are a good bunch of guys and happily let me watch the MOT being carried out and inspect the underside when up on the ramp. Hi @RRT. Never used them while i was over there. I found Wests 4x4 at Waltham Chase, and Glenrands (sponsors of this site) and they remained my port of calls. My son uses them both. They are quite different but I trust both of those garages. People's opinions will vary based on personal experience of course. Barrie.
