Hi all
Got a problem on my 2010 sport 3l tdv6.
The switches on the steering wheel do not do what they should!
The down volume. Increases volume.
Answer phone call. Decreases volume.
Up volume. Scrolls thru sources. Radio cd etc.

This is somewhat intermittent but is happening more frequently.
The controls on the centre console all work as they should.

I do have a warranty with the dealer but would like to ask if anyone has experienced this before

to me it sounds like you need a replacement sterring wheel switch pack.

If it's intermittent and repeatable, I wonder if it may be related to the clock spring in the steering wheel boss.
I say this because on my old D3, every now and then the CC refused to work. In my case a re-start cured it and I never took any remedial action.
