There's a brief note in this month's Enjoying MG magazine stating that as from 1st September 2021 all UK fuel suppliers will have to convert to E10 petrol with an ethanol content of at least 5.5% and up to 10%. Does this cause a problem for any of our petrol powered vehicles?

I'm sure I read somewhere that all petrol cars produced from 2011 on had to be E10 fuel compliant but I might have that wrong ! 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

Owner's handbook on my old 2013 RSS1 S/C definitely says fuels containing up to 10% ethanol can be used, said same thing in my old 09 plate sport as well.

In Australia we have had E10 for many years. On introduction the Government said that all cars produced from 1987 could be run on E10. LR was one company that disagreed and indicated that using ethanol would void warranties but the authorities indicated that was not going to happen and there have been no issues.
