Passenger door actuator??

Hi Guy's

Do i have a fault with my 2012 SDV6?

Passenger door will not open, unless i walk up to it with the key fob and then will open with the handle.
Won't open from buttons from inside.
From drivers side, i have to lean over and open manually.
Any help appreciated

Undoubtedly the actuator very common fault , I've had all four replaced in my 2007 RRS over the last two years.

I was advised to avoid the cheap ones on eBay & use the genuine parts.
