Hi all,

I have a RRS Autobiography 2011 and it has the tow bar and 13 pin electrics fitted, my problem is that when I come to connect the caravan 13 pin plug to the socket on the RRS it will not turn to lock on due to the bar above being so close. Does anyone know how I can remedy this please?

dont know as ours had twin sockets but can you undue the socket screws/bolts and pivot it a bit or rotate it and fasten back up again ?

Mine was tight but did manage to turn it just. 2016 Black SDV8 Autobiography
2013 Grey Black Edition SDV6 (lasted a while but gone now)
2005 Grey Supercharged Sport (gone but never forgotten)

Apparently when they fit the electrics there is a spacer which comes with the kit to prevent it from being tight and not turning. I have now had this fitted and it is very easy now. The cost £37.50 worth every penny, cheaper than divorce costs!
