Had a new alternator and new battery RRS 3LTR 2012 car stop

I have had a new alternator and after about two weeks the car ground to a halt all of a sudden. Total electrical failure.Managed to get it towed back. Have a new battery on it but all i get is a click and nothing. Have put a seperate engine earth on from transfer box to battery but nothing. Have error code P0A1A....
