The Specs used to be avaialbe form the Topix site but they have stopped this for some reason, my guess is they will let you login to the site but you get nothing unless you now pay a sub!

You used to get the same on Vindecoderz but I suspect that stopped when it stopped being available through Topix.

It does seem daft that this info isnt available for free considering its just a list of the items in the car. I got mine from the dealer I bought it from, he gave me the JLR one and the one HPI produce if you have a trade price which also seems to give you the book sale price and any recalls etc...

looking up a spec form a vin was quite handy if looking for parts to retrofit, upgrade or replace as you coudl find out what spec the donor car was to know if the part has the features you want as the partnumbers can sometimes be similar and there is no way to tell as there isnt a parts list, there is LRCAT and NEW LRCAT but these dont really list the parts they just give a build number, unless there is a super site somewhere I have found (if there is let us know!) If a jobs worth doing, get a someone who knows what they are doing to do it!
