Welcome to the forum - why did you not use the original 2014 bumper loom I’m sure the parking sensors will fit from the new bumper. That’s definitely where I would start. 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Knowing this is Land Rover we're talking about, anyone want to bet against the wiring of the model years changing? As Peachy suggests, try the original sensor s and loom and make sure that still works. Then try it with the original loom and the new sensors (assuming the connectors are compatible) to make sure that works.

Not sure to be honest ref your question, is it not the rubber surround part thats the difference in the hole size ?
