Hi the back right door won't open from outside or inside I know the child lock is on and the motor seems to be working also message centre saying door open any ideas would be most appreiated car is a rrs 2006 hse

Have you tried pulling both the chrome handle & the little black plastic switch together on the inside of the door, had the same problem with mine but this opened it, new actuator fitted all okay now.
