Seat Quilting

Good morning RRS'ers.
I have stumbled upon a RRS with quilted seats. Please see the attached YouTube link.
I would really like this quilting in my car and so several questions if i may please?
Was this ever an option from new? and as i am considering this now is it easy to remove the front and rear seats (rear seats are heated) and how drastic an operation is peeling off the leather covers? I would look to remove the seats and take to the quilting Co. but could i expect they could remove the leather, quilt and re instated to look factory perfect again. I guess i am looking for some reassurance that this is possible without creating a 'knock on' of problems where the leather just does not sit right. Basically is this a simple procedure would you think? Any thoughts or pearls of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. My car is a 2010-2011 RRSport luxury. Thank you.

Seats are easy enough to remove .
And a straightforward job for a trimmer to do the seat centres Thumbs Up
You would be better just handing the car over and let someone do the full job
