Cannot get tinted rear windows clean!?

My rear passenger windows have what looks like small water spots all over them. I've tried, in this order, on both inside and out: Windex, SprayWay, denatured alcohol, ammonia, vinegar. Nothing makes any change. The spots aren't on the front side windows which are less tinted, so I wonder if it's something related to the tinting. The RR is fairly new to me so I don't know what might have started the situation.

Tried to take a photo but the reflection of the windows makes it impossible.

Thank you!

Are they factory Privacy Glass or a Aftermarket Film and the marks are under the film?

Cheers

I'm not sure and not sure how to tell. I have zero history on the car as it was in Canada and they don't give out any history info. The rears are definitely darker than the front passenger windows. 2014 Range Rover HSE Supercharged

Appears they are original glass but don't know if any aftermarket work was done. 2014 Range Rover HSE Supercharged

looks like aftermarket tints..to get rid of the trapped water/air marks you will have to strip it all out and replaced if you need tints..

Open the window slightly. Look closely at the top of the glass. If it was like mine and a the tint was an AM film there will be a very small gap between the top of the window and the tinted film paper starting, about .5mm.

I had to remove all mine when I registered my car here in Portugal as they were deemed "illegal". It took me about an hour to remove the lot with hot soapy water and a Stanley knife blade. No probs. Barrie.

I think it depends on how professionally it was applied. I always thought my windows were tinted until the vehicle inspection here - which was done more thoroughly than anything I've ever seen on CSI! I literally pulled each one off sheet by sheet. Dishwasher soap and hot water got rid of the sticky residue left on the window. Barrie.
