Afternoon,

I have an issue where I cant use the fob to unlock or lock, or start which I thought was the fob battery, changing that didn't help. I have now managed to unlock the car manually and start it but only when holding the fob in the location to start.

anyone have any ideas what this could be? I have looked at the fuse F48 in the rear as that seems to be the one for " locking but that is fine "

any ideas would be a help before I book it in, frustrating as I have been plain sailing with the car a while now.

Yes, tried the second key the same thing.

Fixed. Bit of a update if anyone else has this issue, I have a basic diagnostics odb tool and this said it couldn’t communicate with the keyless vehicle module. Long of short is I disconnected the car battery negative for ten minutes / reconnected and it now works again.

Mine did exactly same last week. Eventually got in and got boot open them pulled 2 fuses linked to remote locking , all ok with them, put them back in and all ok now.
