No surprise really. The move across the industry is to smaller, more efficient power units.
I'm amazed that LR are continuing with old fashioned large capacity lumps such as 3 litre 6 cylinder units at all. 2 litre turbo 4-pots with lots of electricity is where they should be by now.
Don't get me wrong, however, I love the V8 diesels. The best engine for all round use.2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
