Well it took a while.. the price difference to shift from the RX to the P400e pre Covid was just too painful... post Covid and with a highly stressed auto market the difference narrowed in our favour significantly by greater than £10,000.. so we switched using the fab team at Guy Salmon Thames Ditton..

First impressions compared to my prev L494 is a sense of so many positive trim upgrades, seats and infotainment etc, and provision of a lot of extras that I would normally have had to add to spec.. I've only had it 2 days, so will let you know how it goes.. I've got my prev posted LR Parts protective mats in already and did the first home charge last night.. 8 hours using a normal wall socket but with an extension made out of 2.5mm^2 cooker cable to my front drive..now have 30miles of electric.

Did test the speed of it and it is very very quick off the mark.

What really convinced me, apart from price, was Harry's garage review of the car on YouTube..

Bottom line.. the Lexus was a total piece of crap.. into dealership 6 times in 18 mths and battery failing to start car having been idle for 2 weeks in lockdown uk..despite it being the summer... it also had no soul.. and we all know what that means re Landrover ownership
