Occasionally i'll come to get in my car and its as if the wife has been in it and can barely fit. There's only me that drives it and its as if its reversing the lazy entrance sometimes. I've got to squeeze into it then press M1 which brings it back to driving position perfectly.

When you say "Lazy Entry" what do you mean? as I thought the MY10/13 cars no longer had that feature, used to be in the settings menu on the steering wheel, but they went over to keyless entry and the seat memory buttons in the door panel rather than the seat side trim. Or are you referring to the auto adjust on the steering column.

When you turn off the engine and open the door, the drivers seat goes down and tilts back to give you more room when you get out. It then stays in that position until you start the car again then it will bring you back to the settings stored in M1 for your preferred driving position.

Have you tried using and storing your preferred settings in one of the other two memory positions to see if it does the same thing by any chance?

You don't need to sit in the seat to get it to go back to your setting. Just press the relevant memory slot button and it'll motor happily in to place. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
