You do not want constant power to your fridge as it will flatten the car battery when the engine is not running.

My 2013 Sport has the 13 Pin electrics and the fridge and perm 12v both are wired and working.

I think fuses 48 and 54 in the fuse box behind the glove box are for the ignition feed (Pin 10) and permanent battery supply (Pin 9) to rear tow socket. 54 is ignition and 48 permanent battery feed.
