Firstly thank you for the join! Secondly a little help pleas

The drop down joining menus does not allow for Sports newer than 2013 and mine is a second generation 2014.
Can anyone tell me what this piece of electronics does? It’s situated with a plastic cover next to the rear view mirror.
The photo shows it with the cover removed. Thanks in advance for any help in identifying it. Philp

If it's stuck to the screen it looks a bit like the humidity sensor, but not sure.

Amazing!!!! Less than 10 minutes of joining group and I have the answer, yes it appears that it is the humidity sensor....

Yes, it is a good forum with good advice & answers. Thumbs Up I am also with a Mercedes forum as I have a S63 AMG Coupe but its a total waste of time, hardly ever get an answer & usually, "visit main dealer" Rolling Eyes
