I have a GAP IID BT. When I connect it to my P400e no IID Tool menu appears in the instrument cluster. This means I cannot get the activation code to have GAP transfer it from my old car to my new car. I have been in contact with GAP but although they said they would happily transfer it have not been forthcoming on how to get the activation code for my model. All their docs focus on 10 year old vehicles.

Has anyone got this working on MY2018+ vehicles, please?

Do you not use it with an iPhone or ipad or similar? My code shows up in one of the menus on my iPhone screen. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

I use it with iPhone.

If I don't connect to the unit and go to App Settings > Shown Known Tools it shows:
Name: RR (the name I gave it before)
ID: xxxxxx-xxxx (some reference numbers)

When I connect to my new car I do not see anything in the menus regards an activation code.

I do not have an IIDToolConfig menu.

Gap say they have never had this working with my model of car, so a firmware update maybe required.... no idea when.

So I m very interested to hear from any forum members who use Gap IID BT with a 2018+ MY RRS or fatty. I am presuming there is no one. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
