I know this is an older thread but

Does anyone know if the distance the keyless entry on an l494 2014 is? and if the car was started and driven off does it check for the key to be present? OR does it just require it to start the engine and once started it no longer needs the key present? If a jobs worth doing, get a someone who knows what they are doing to do it!
