I imagine that at trade in time you will be offered a offer or no offer unless you put it back to standard. After saying that, its your car & you can do what you want. Better inform your insurance company. Should the worst happen a lot of questions will be asked, more so when they see the badge

That's a very good point. Imagine if some scrotes pinched it on the basis that they thought it was a genuine SVR and then realised it was a diesel so dumped it after ragging it around, or worse? Insurance company rings up Mr Bloke and says we've found your car but why is tarted up as an SVR? We no pay.

Could actually be a real issue this, I would be very surprised if an SVR wasn't in an insurance group all of its own given its cost, desirability and nickability. Let's hope the OP has that squared away. Ferrari F430 Spider F1

That's exactly what I did with my old S/C after having it re-mapped and s/c upgraded, knocked it into sport/dynamic mode hit the throttle and left them sitting in the outside lane looking somewhat deflated.

Was the same with my SC,,folk you to see it & think ow is a sluggish diesel RR,,then put your foot down & leave them sat their with opened mouth,especially with the exhaust upgrade  Andy.
