I had the same problem, and you need to make a call or log onto a web page before you put it in your car |

Ok I got a new ubigi sim from the dealer. Put it in and followed instructions. Connected to the WiFi hotspot to go to ubigi.me but it doesn’t load.

I thought the same initially but It does read the sim and it reads another sim I have too and shows 4G but just no through put.
