Satellite navigation needs updates

I have a range rover sport 2.7 2007 that needs up dating as I have cancer and have to go to another hospital to see the oncology team. Then have my treatment's. So can anyone help me with an up date to save my wife mind as I'm no good after treatment's.

I think I am right in saying that the L320 sat nav maps can only be upgraded so far (IIRC something like 2012/2013) but I stand to be corrected on this. However, I did see this on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Range-Rover-Lan...l4275.c10. No idea how good it is.

I just use my smart phone these days. I have a mount like this carrier ( in fact this looks better than the one I've got) https://www.amazon.co.uk/Modohe-Universal-...mp;sr=8-20 and then use Waze which is a free nav system and even gives you warning of potholes.

Here's mine installed (without the phone of course) which I think looks quite neat.

As I also have this installed for my music https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kinivo-BTC450-Blu...amp;sr=8-3 it means that verbal navigation instructions come through the car's speakers although that is not essential. You can see it in the bottom right hand corner of the picture.

Hope this helps and that the treatment goes well Thumbs Up Robin
