JLR’s hyping of this rise implies that it only applies to new cars purchased after April 1st - I hope that they are right and it doesn’t apply to already registered vehicles. Not great times for them to start sales of the New Defender which has truly horrendous fuel consumption figures for a modern vehicle - P300 version’s cannot get better than 24 mpg in lab conditions and the diesel struggles to get over 31 mpg, to me both are the result of making a small capacity engine work very hard....... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
