Autocar seem to think the SDV8 will be ended soon?

It makes sense, sadly. The old engines are woeful in terms of fuel economy. The newer engines should be better on fuel and still have enough grunt to mimic the effortless V8. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
