Can-Bus so called error free

Hello all, anyone please help with this one? I've just replaced my tail gate /number plate bulbs and vanity mirror bulbs with (error free canbus led's) now I have a gearbox fault error every time I select drive unless the headlights are on. The "P" parking break light just keeps flashing when switching off after a journey.. I've replaced everything back to normal with the original bulbs and still the fault error shows on the dash.....please can anyone help?????

Check wiring above the sill near passenger seat.

Ensure dry.

Search for green wire splice
On here or D3

Thanks for the reply 👍🏻 All
Dry. On further investigation though one of the T5 led replacements was faulty but worked initially. Me being concerned replaced all the new leds back with the original bulbs but didn’t check their functionality as was
Too concerned with the error code which still existed. On checking the interior illumination fuse it
Had blown. Replaced it and all is well thankfully. Thank you for your reply though.👍🏻

Glad you got it sorted, when I bought mine I had it checked over by a recommended independent who advised me should I ever have to replace bulbs always use the genuine LR products & always replace as a pair because he has seen all kinds of faults occur over the years with bulb changing.

Makes sense. Thanks again. My fault really 🤔 It wasn't broken and I tried to fix it. I should have known better 🤣
