Is there any way to have both driver and passenger temperature change when turning the driver side temp knob? Mine only changes the driver side temperature so I have to change the passenger side manually to match because OCD

There is a setting call 'SYNC' turn this on - then turning drivers side temperature controls both zones with one turn. This Is a feature on 2014 Sport on wards and 2019 sport on wards, other years don't know.

As Kev says, on the 2010 RRS you have to do a double twiddle to keep both sides in sync. Very strange. But then also, the rear interior lights do not come on when you open a rear door, so it’s part of the ‘experience’.  L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso

Why is it an issue - as long as both dials are within 7 on the dials the drivers temp will provide what you have set for your. If you have a passenger let them twittle their own dial, if no passenger then their temp does not matter. 07MY RRS TDV6

The OP doesn't like the fact that the two dials show different temperatures when he moves the driver's side dial. There is no issue other than a personal one regarding aesthetics, as far as I can see.

Its interesting that my 2005 Jaguar had dual zone (digital readout) climate control which could be set either individually, or have both linked to the drivers control. So the JLR group had the technology long before my car was built (2008). Whilst its not a deal breaker, its always nice to have options. Robin

Our Skoda links the two sides unless the passenger side is changed. They resync each time the engine starts or "auto" is pressed on the dials if I remember correctly.

Got to love people who don't understand thermostats. I want it 5 degrees warmer so I'll stick it to max and then turn it down, then up, then down. If it's not that then it's the fact that her 'internal' thermostat is wildly different to mine at all times.. if I think it's boiling hot, she'll think it's freezing cold and vice versa
