IID Tool Settings

When using an IID tool to adjust the rain sensor sensitivity which number is less sensitive level 1 or 4?

thanks for your help, just need to fiddle with my wipers as my auto wipers don't seem to work and was wondering if the sensitivity has been altered? Current: 2010 RRS 3.6 TDV8 HSE
Past: 2012 4.4 TDV8 Vogue

2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Cairns Blue

I change mine to disable. It now just gives a steady frequency swipe rather than reactive variation. 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.
