Ireland 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Bonatti Grey
My New (to me) 2006 Bonatti Grey Range Rover Sport & Pla

Hi Gents,

Purchased a 2006 Bonatti Grey Range Rover Sport SE model which has been well look after.

3 owners from new with the last two being a mother and son from the same family.
Full service history and cream leather & wood interior.

Dont have many plans just some small upgrades as my partner will be mainly using it and me at the weekends.

There is 145k miles on it and will be leaving it in for an oil change too and a full once over by an indy for peace of mind.

Plans are and hopefully some of you can help:

- Rear tints (not sure how dark yet).

- Missus is only small so needs side steps but I prefer the look without them so a minimal type like these:

- I like the 20'' L405 wheels and hoping these will fit on, have searched and there isnt a lot of info online about them. Can also be gotten for a decent price on ebay:

- Radio upgrade, there is no haron kardon or logic 7 just the standard speakers so going to take this out and put in a kenwood DMX8019DABS which will allow bluetooth and steering wheel controls and also apple/android wireless. Connects2 do an install kit to make it look clean and OEMish:

- Next on the list, which I have just ordered as are the Philips Xtreme Vision Gen 2 D2S xenon bulbs as the ones now are crappy and dont seem much better than halogens, probably just due to age. These are rated as one of the best on the market so will update when installed, 2 for £95 from Powerbulbs and genuine too as soo many fakes about:

Very nice indeed. My future plans include possibly upgrading to 20’s but happy with the ride on the 19’s at the moment.

Thanks all for the kind comments and words.

I love the new wheels on it, subtle but make a huge difference to making it look much more modern for a 14 year old bus, there seems to be a few sets on ebay for about £400 or so with tyres, great upgrade for anyone thinking about it.

@Kev, its all your fault now haha.

Next is darken the rear windows a little for privacy and then a headunit so can play music and have handsfree calls.
Then side steps so the missus can get in and out a bit easier haha.

Cheers lads,

Spain

Just a word of caution, Land Rover never fitted 20in wheels to your model. They only ever fitted 20in wheels on the later MY that had the updated steering rack

Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.
