So far so good I’m getting used to the different infotainment screen & setups but I’m struggling to activate the voice control. I access the voice option on the screen which gives me 3 boxes - TUTORIAL doesn’t load as per the manual - the other 2 boxes turn the screen blank but again no further response. I have no beep from the steering wheel voice button but it does click.
Any ideas ?

Is the software up to date? There was a problem with the steering wheel button not working at one point.

If you are on 19A or !9B then a visit is called for, but they usually just scratch their heads with software issues!
