Sounds like you have messed up the ccf if you go into the IDD tool and find the save/restore part and restore the original file that was saved when you first plugged it in it should return the car to its original state or your amp.most circuit may have a fault |

The stereo was doing this before I connected the iid tool in but thanks for the suggestion |

Sounds like maybe the amp or can you do i hard reset first as it’s simple it is explained in the wiki |

Start off by disconnecting the battery for 10s or so. Mine used to do that until I replaced the battery. Sat nav screen would freeze on the LR logo too. |

I tried disconnecting the battery but didn’t sort out problem then I disconnected the battery an joined the cables together with jump lead then reconnected live then earth but still the same

I spoke to a car audio Center today they said could be amp or even Bluetooth module

I guess their concern is that the optical network is broken, so the sound doesn't get to the amp.

I’ve tried 2 different phones that are paired with the module but neither will connect with it |

You can get an optical loop off for a couple of quid to disconnect the Bluetooth And see if sound is restored |
