Tracker draining battery

Hi,

Had a Protector Pro Global tracker installed 2 weeks ago. On returning today after 10 days holiday my battery is drained to the point it won’t turn the engine over sufficient to start.

I am 99% certain the tracker is to blame.

Has anyone had a similar experience and is there any remedy, assuming the tracker is to lame, short of disabling it?

Any help will be much appreciated before I call the installers to complain. RRS (MY13) Santorini Black SDV6 HSE luxuary

Get the installer to recheck it, a simple test should be able to confirm it. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

trackers do that.

maybe get a big solar panel when you intend to leave the car for a long time ?

Yes I now understand that trackers continually demand power albeit not much.

My solution was to purchase a 100AH Varta battery as the car was still on its factory fitted battery.
