Silly question: have you checked the bulb? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

England 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

two things should happen.

The H7 halogen bulb should come on.
THe HID flap should click and top half light up

If neither of these things happen, is it probably.

1) A wiring fault between headlight and fusebox inside.
2) fusebox/CJB fault (expensive)

If the issue is 2. I could come up with cheaper solutions!

I don't think it's a stupid question I started by checking first from the poison that the bulb was healthy turned out to be healthy then I checked the installation it is also a healthy fuse for this light missing but there is a driver I found in the dashboard I will now replace it and I think I will is fine.

Can’t quite see the diagram but I think you’re circling a part this is part of the CJB and will probably require replacement as a whole unit. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)
