Getting back to your questions...Martin is the all knowing, all seeing boss who can answer your questions however even I was able to do all you ask without asking him !
re #2 use the "gallery" button (white on black lettering in the title bar.
re # 3 and 4 use your member profile or members maps

Ivery has been spot on so far, but here are the direct answers to your questions:

3) The www button appears automatically as soon as you fill in the "Web Site" field in your profile (via the profile link in the orange menu bar at the top of the screen).
4) I'm assuming you mean the member's map feature? Again this is managed via your profile (accessed in the same way as in number 3) and instructions for use can be found at http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic5247.html
5) There are no instructions for this, you need to dive in feet first. Pics of boobies help (although appropriate for a family-friendly forum, such as ours)
