Xenon bulb removal 2011 Sport

Trying to change faulty Xenon bulb.
I've followed the instruction in the handbook about rotating the securing collar.
I've removed the headlight cluster from the car.
Just can't get the bulb to come out.
HELP!

Australia 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Santorini Black

The D3S bulbs in my 2010 TDV8 are a bit of a struggle to remove once the securing collar is rotated. They require a good tug.

Managed to get them out after a bit of a struggle.
They are held very tightly and was concerned about damaging the reflector. RRS 2011 TDV6 HSE Limited Edition, Fuji. Previous owned: Vogue 3.5, Vogue 3.9, Vogue 4.0, Disco2, Disco3
