My brand new RRS is continuously sending theft signals when parked underground in my parking where there is no gps signal. Security company keeps calling me and I had to force them to place the car under service mode. I also have to place my car in service mode through the app. Once the vehicle sends theft signal the remote apps can’t be used for around two days. This is very annoying to say the least. Can anyone help me please?
