Rear knocking noise at 30 - 35 mph Only!Any ideas

This has been going on for weeks now and I can only describe the noise has a rubbing or soft knocking sound coming from the rear .It starts at exactly 30mph and ceases as the vehicle goes faster and not apparent at all on the Motorway .
Now I kind of thought tyres and particular road surfaces or a out of balance tyre but it appears to be getting louder and this weekend she who must be obeyed(the Mrs) mentioned what's that knocking noise. Her hearing is better than mine has I have tinnitus .

Kind of feel I answered my own question reading this back but is there a common fault with bearings or driveshafts warped brake discs etc at particular speeds?

Not sure if you have them on the 2013 year car but it’s not the damper weights at the rear fouling on the silencer is it? Failing that I’d next look at wheel bearings. Can you record the noise and put on You Tube? Robin

My experience of bearing is the noise stays with you and gets worse over time so I'd be surprised if it's that.
I tried to see if my dash cam would register anything but my ears aren't the best but it's a good idea

My arbs need changing on the front and are scheduled to be done end of August during its MOT as the vehicle is still under extended warranty but I can't see how these would generate a rhythm noise coming from the back?
Its because the warranty ends this year I want this sorted if its more serious and rather tell the dealer what could be the cause than get fobbed off!

Looks like this might be the culprit. Rear pad as dropped onto the inner raised edge of the disc and no longer engages the surface.
I'm hoping its a simple fix Rolling Eyes
