Towbar wiring

Hey all , hope I'm posting in the correct place , well finally landed my rrs , a 4.2 supercharger 2006 , lovely vehicle, loves the rain as it stops the parking sensors working Haha, anyway , the post is about towbar wiring! It has 12n already but no12s ,is it a simple add or complex , happy to do it myself , but not sure on a starting point, thanks in advance

Had a look at the diagrams and makes some sense , have land rover already put the connections there ? Or do I need to run cables 🤔

cables will either be inside behind the left light.

or as you already have 7 pin plug, they maybe outside, below the rear left light.

you could remove the rear left light and see if you can pear down and see any spare plugs

So , whilst I will be hoping to find the wiring for the 12s somewhere near the light unit , I will hope to look at sensors as well, as looked tonight and not one is clicking( dont think I'm that deaf) any ways of checking without bumpers off , or is that a given, have done the test,in reverse ,no p brake and button pressed to stop the flashing??!!

I don’t think button should be pressed.

Inspect wiring loom.

Do you get a noise from the rear when reverse is first selected?

A message on the dash about fronts?

Tried both ways with red led both flashing and off, nothing on dash, and nothing in reverse , just long high beep on ignition!!
