This is exactly why i have never done this, because i have never found a quality kit including all the necessary bulbs needed. Hopefully someone will point us in the right direction 2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

I've just fitted a set of PowerfulUK LED's and they are nice and bright, I'm very happy with the upgrade but mine have only been installed a few weeks so I've no idea on reliability. The light colour is very nice too, it improves the dash in my opinion.

As I mentioned in a previous post I bought the full set of LED bulbs from PowerfullUK. The lamp fittings for the door puddle lights and under dash lamps were very loose after fitting and the number plate lamps no matter how hard I tried would not fit as the male connector built into the lamp unit was of bad manufacture and simply would not connect to the car loom. |

So for me reading here, terrible fit and quality dont bode well for these, if they cant get the fit right i wonder how long the LEDs will last. Think i will pass on Powerful UK 2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

I was thinking this myself. Mine were just bulb replacements so fit perfectly but only seem to last just over 12 months. I would rather change every year than have badly fitting replacements! 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior 2012 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography santorini black with ebony/cirrus interior. Gone |

I used these, not cheap but Philips give 12 years lifetime guaranteed for what it's worth, been in 3 years and have not had one fail yet.

I bought these. The only ones which were the wrong type were the visor ones which didn`t bother me. 6 months on and still ok.

I can vouch for Powerful UK. I had a full set of interior LED's from them and two years on not a single problem. I know if you look around you can find way cheaper, but you then hear bad reports about them.....

As mentioned previously the door puddle lamps supplied by Powerfull UK fitted very loosly. Today one partially fell out and gouged the plastic trim which runs along the base of the door opening as the door was being closed. |

I wonder if thatβs because they are meant for post face lift door cards rather than the pre. Or vice Versa. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)
