Hight pressure pump belt keeps breaking

Hi guys been a while since I was on last so I've had to open new account, but please could some one shine some light on my issue.

So it all started with a fuel leak possibly from the HP fuel pump and as it was all apart had pump replaced and new belt, all good. Approx 10 months on while towing caravan to Cornwall FP belt broke leaving us stranded on side of motorway. We got recovered and once home got my independent guy to look at it, found belt was shredded and shoulder on pulley had become detached. We put this down to part failure, so new pulley and belt, all good again.

So 6 months on.. Good Friday on way to Norfolk , towing van again, and I believe same fault again engine cut out, stranded on A11. I've used my IID tool and it says no fuel pressure, engine turns over fine.

Can anybody shine some light as to why this keeps happening? We towed the caravan down to Cornwall in December and had zero issues, so what could be causing it to snap?

Fuel pump not aligned correctly...

Seen it twice before, both having had new pumps. Loosen all mounting bolts, tighten up the T45's first, then the front bolts Thumbs Up

Just thought I'd update and finish, found a company near to where we were staying for the week, had to be body off for repairs as did lot of damage to pulley and covers this time, turns out possibly a pulley was mounted backwards when the fuel pump was changed causing the belt to run out and eventually break, sadly its taken two breaks to find this out.
