Windscreen Replaced - now side mirrors stuck!?

Hi folks,

Just had a windscreen replaced by Autoglass. I was at work so unfortunately was unable to check what they did but they did complete and take the car for a 5 mile drive afterwards. Wife just called me to say that she went to drive the car and the side mirrors wont fold out. Any ideas? They used OEM Range Rover glass and did their calibration etc.

If they went for a drive surely the mirrors would have come out or they would have noticed - not sure why they are stuck now - any ideas?

Will tackle it when I get home later but thought I would ask on here if anyone experienced similar?

Think they just pushed the button on the door card to fold them in.
So the mirrors won't fold out once opened with the remote...

You need to push both buttons at the same time to either fold in or go back out. Andy.

Thanks folks - sorted by pressing the buttons.

The biggest gotcha is that the technician who worked on my car left a deep mark on by black roof near the windscreen! Seems like a slipped tool. Rang them back and they dont want to know as my wife signed that she had inspected the car and was happy with it (I was not in!) Censored arseholes!!

Autoglass arrived yesterday morning 8am to replace my cracked windscreen. Unfortunately they brought the wrong glass with them so are having to re-schedule for tomorrow FFS.

after it's fitted they have said they need to take it out to re-calibrate. what exactly needs re-calibrating ?
