used tyres and alloys

Hi,

Wondering if you helpful folks could advise whether its worth selling some used tyres and alloys or should I just take them to the recycling?

Tyres: 3-4 mm tread, decent brand

Alloys: genuine, straight but scuffed and have been welded

Not looking to sell via this post, but will buy a post and stick it in the for sale section if you think worth it.

Appreciate your feedback.

Andy

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Are they Land Rover genuine wheels? I ask because OEM wheels are not normally prone to cracking or requiring welding. With the weight of an RRS I wouldn’t want to run on a welded up cracked wheel even as a spare and you could have insurance problems in the event of an accident. Probably better to scrap the welded up wheels on safety grounds. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
