The rear Brake Mudshields are rusting away, how much of a PITA are they to replace and where's the best place to buy them.

Can't really remember where I saw them, but some firm were doing them in two part so you could change them with out stripping complete hub etc. may have been a firm in the States though. I think I may have mentioned the name in a previous post, will have a look to see if I can find it.
